The Group

Grupo AC is a Chilean business holding that brings together and presents a group of companies operating in complementary areas, with the purpose of facilitating their identification and visibility under a single institutional name.

The holding operates as a shared reference space, allowing individuals, companies, and institutions to clearly understand which companies are part of the group and how they relate to one another, while each company maintains its own independent operations, management, and activities.

What is Grupo AC

Grupo AC does not provide services nor intervene in the operations of the companies that form part of the holding. Its role is strictly institutional and informational, acting as a meeting point that brings together companies that work in a coordinated or associated manner across different fields.

Group Companies

Currently, Grupo AC is made up of four companies that operate independently across different sectors:

• Arenas y Cayo S.A. — Asset appraisal and valuation.
• ACnet — Development of technology solutions for management and operations.
• ACcapacita — Specialized professional training and education.
• ACGAP — Property, asset, and condominium management.

Through this structure, Grupo AC provides an organized presentation of the companies that comprise the holding, facilitating understanding and access within a shared institutional framework, without affecting the autonomy or individual operations of each company.
